浸會大學視覺藝術院首屆畢業生,副修人文學。從事設計統籌、藝術教育、公眾參與等策劃工作,近年發動的計劃圍繞社區及剩餘資源重新運用。現在是灣仔「藍屋」文化保育及社區藝術教育項目策劃人。

2007年與友人組織藝術行政策劃小組Pep!旨在以熱情和衝勁為本地藝壇調味;2008年與藝術院畢業生開放評審平台,成立Tuna Prize由歷屆舊生擔任評審及統籌;2009年教改,曾任藝術與設計証書及文憑課程教師,離職後在中、小學及大專院統籌及策劃藝術家駐校計劃至今;2012年組織「油麻地花王」,試圖以城市種植作為基進的抵抗示範,可惜未有成功;2014年社區藝術空間「活化廳」未能續約,與同伴成立「活化廳」繼續做工作組,同年「蘇波榮」合作社成立,以共享經濟形式運作社區廚房。

A graduate from the Academy of Visual Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University, minoring in Humanities, Vangi has been involved in different areas of works including design coordination, arts education, public participatory projects and etc. In recent years, she started working on community-based projects and projects concerning the reuse of surplus resources. She is also the programme coordinator of the cultural and conservation education programme of Blue House.

In 2007, Vangi co-founded an arts administration group “Pep!” to fill the local arts circle with passion and momentum. In the following year, she and other graduates established Tuna Prize Award to open up the assessment platform, with alumni serving as judges. She was a teacher for certificate and diploma courses in art and design but resigned after the educational reform in 2009. She has then become a coordinator for Artists-in-School projects in primary and secondary schools and also tertiary institutions. In 2012, Vangi established “Yaumatei Gardener" which attempts to take urban farming as a model of radical resistance but failed; in 2014, the lease for the community arts space “Woofer Ten" was not renewed. She then established a working group “Woofer Ten" with partners. In the same year, “Soboring” was set up to run a community kitchen with the idea of sharing economy.
